Yes, some seniors need a little boot. Zumba Fitness is soooo much fun. In a Zumba Gold Class or Demo most of the music we play and dance to is a remix of the music the seniors remember growing up to. Its really hard to set still or at least not tap a foot. (Which is movement)and thats a start. :)

I think dance is the perfect thing that keeps you fit and cool. Any type of dance you can adopt Zumba, hip-hop, etc. I also like to do it in my free time. Thanks for the information.
